Airliners & Jetphotos Workflow Photoshop CS2

 

1. Open Picture

2. Fit On Screen

3. Select Grid (Ctrl ")

4. Find A level Surface ie: Building, Horizon.

5. Select Image Rotate Canvas Arbitrary

6. Rotate Until Grid Line Shows level Surface Is Level

7. Select Crop Tool

8. Crop Picture

9. Select Image Image Size

10. Put in 1024 Wide Make Sure The Height Is Between 683 And

740

11. Actual Picture Size

12. Image -Adjustments- Levels

12a. Click on Options (lower right) Set Shadows to 0.00% and highlights to 0.20%

12b. Click each option in here and snap neutral colors for each one until you have one that looks right. Sometimes this helps sometimes it does not

12c. Click OK

13. Slide Middle To Right And Left Depending On Whether to Brighten Or Darken

14. Image Adjustments Contrast

15. Adjust Contrast Slider As Needed

16. Image Adjustments Saturation

17. Adjust Saturation Slider As Needed

18. Checking For Dust Spots

19. Layer - Duplicate Layer - Enter - Image - Adjustments - Equalize - F7 - Select Background - Select Healing Brush Tool - Find Dust Spots - Clone Out Spots

20. Don't Worry The Spots Wont Disappear Yet.

21. Select The Copy Level And Delete

22. Sharpening: Ctrl J Filter Smart Sharpen X2

Amount: 500% Radius: .2 Remove Gaussian Blur Check: More Accurate.

Then Use The Eraser Toll to Erase The Jaggies.      

23. Ctrl Shift E (To Merge Layers)

24. Repeat 22 If Needed

25. Save As JPG Quality 12.
